Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are unable to accept orders for delivery outside the UK at this time.

Shipping cost
We charge a flat shipping rate of £3.99 per order, regardless of how many items you order.

Delivery times
Our products are shipped from our supplier's warehouse, so delivery typically takes 7–12 business days from the date your order is placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during busy periods or due to carrier delays.

Order issues
If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at vedpathconsultancies@gmail.com with your order number and we will help resolve it.
