Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
How much is delivery?
A flat £3.99 per order, however many items you buy.
How long will my order take?
Your order is sent directly from our supplier's warehouse, so delivery usually takes 7 to 12 business days. You'll get an email with tracking details once it has been dispatched.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
If it's been more than 12 business days, email us at hello@sushudha.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
Returns and refunds
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days after your item arrives to request a return. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Please email us first rather than sending anything back. See our refund policy for full details.
My item arrived damaged or wrong.
Sorry about that! Email us a photo and your order number within a few days of delivery and we'll put it right.

Do you have a first-order discount?
Yes. Use code WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off your first order. It can be used once per customer.
Products
How do I look after my beeswax wrap?
Rinse it in cool water with a little mild washing-up liquid and let it air dry. Keep it away from heat, and don't use it for raw meat or fish.
Can I compost my bamboo toothbrush?
Pull the bristles out with pliers first. The bamboo handle can then go in your home compost.
Can the steel bottle go in the dishwasher?
We recommend washing it by hand with warm soapy water and a bottle brush to keep it in good condition.
